Bao
gave birth at 10.18 pm yesterday to a healthy baby boy here
in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He weighed in at 3.8 kg. We
have named him Etienne Tran Thanh Eguiguren. Baby
and mother are both doing very well.

Thank
you so much for taking the time to remember Sebastian's birthday
and writing to us.
We
can hardly believe that he is two years old already! He started
going to preschool in August of last year and is doing very
well.
I
attach a picture of Sebastian wearing a traditional Vietnamese
ao dai at the dinner party for his birthday and one of him "hidin"
in the clothes hamper.

Sebastian
is almost 14 months old now and walking quite confidently, talking
a bit and doing his best to get into mischief. We love him dearly
and feel truly blessed that he is such a happy, active and clever
boy.
Thank
you for your continued concern and prayers. All the best to
you and your family from my wife Bao and myself.

Sebastian
is doing very well. Two weeks ago he weighed 6.3 kilos and measured
62 cm. Last Thursday he went to the local heart institute for
an echocardiogram and everything was positive. His pulmonary
artery is a little bit narrow, but this is normal for a baby
that had TGA and we were told not to be concerned about it.
It's hard to believe that on the 25th he will be four months
old already.
